Program Details

Program Structure
  • Duration: 12 months
  • Delivery: 5 training workshops
  • Delivered in person by industry experts.
  • Can be delivered remotely by industry
    experts.
Learning Approach
  • Workshop setting with cohort of peers, emphasis on interactive format.
  • Case studies & exercises, emphasis on practical application.
  • Assignments and personal action planning.
  • Utilizes industry-specific case studies.
  • Incorporates three key leadership books selected by cohort.
Each participant develops and/or receives:
  • Individual personality assessment for self-reflection & guidance.
  • Development of personalized leadership standard work.
  • Establishment of mentoring networks for all participants.
  • Development of a personal change story.
  • Development of individual career plans.
